My Account details show an error when entered

If the account details do not match, then please check that you have entered the details correctly. We check the account details live to ensure the account is valid. If you bank with a building society (Nationwide excepted) then we do not have the details to be able to check the account in real time. If you have another account then please try with these details. If your only account is not accepted, then we will not be able to transfer the funds to you via BACS but will need to send you a cheque instead. To receive a cheque, you will need to return to the home page and download a printable claim form, complete this and post it to us.
