My prepaid MasterCard says 'incorrect PIN' when I try to use it
Your MasterCard is issued with a unique PIN as would a normal chip and pin card provided by your bank. Please ensure that you are using the correct PIN number when using the card. If you are unsure, then you can log onto the website (www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com) and view your PIN at any time. Please note that 3 incorrect attempts at your PIN will inactivate your card and you will need to contact our team to resolve this.
