What is the status of my rebate?

When a rebate is submitted, we must verify your claim to ensure that it meets the program’s eligibility requirements.  If your rebate claim is determined to be eligible, please allow 6-8 weeks from your submission date to receive your rebate payment. You may check the status of your rebate at any time at www.alconchoice.com.  You will require your email address and Rebate claim ID.
