My rebate is on hold for invoice does not show sale/purchase date
This means that your rebate is temporarily on hold as we require a purchase invoice that shows and eligible purchase date. Once we receive a valid copy of the purchase invoice which meets all requirements, including sales date we will review and validate the rebate for fulfillment.
To provide a purchase invoice please visit www.americanstandardairpromotion.com and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may add additional documentation via 'upload'. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
