It says I am not eligible for any promotion
If it says that your purchase is not eligible, then please return to the previous page where you have entered in your purchase details. Ensure you have selected both the model number and dealer name from the drop down box that populates. If you aren’t sure, then please delete what you have written in these boxes and enter them again. Check the purchase date you have entered is correct and within the eligible promotion dates. Please note that we go by the sale date and not the delivery date. If after this you are still receiving the message that your claim is not eligible, then please call our team at 0808 234 1639 for assistance.
