My claim is on hold for missing serial number
This means that the rebate is on hold until serial numbers have been added. A valid serial number is required for each appliance submitted on a rebate application. If you have taken delivery of your appliances please add your serial numbers to your rebate application and we will review and validate the rebate for fulfillment.
To provide your serial numbers please visit www.boschappliancerebate.com. and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each appliance. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
If you have not taken delivery of your appliances and do not have the serial numbers, please ensure that the serial numbers are added to the application online by the rebate expiration date outlined on the application form. The rebate will remain on hold until the serial numbers are provided.
