Item/model # not on invoice
This signifies that the model in the claim is not listed on the invoice/receipt. This could be that an incorrect model has been selected on the application or it could be that the dealer has not properly shown the model purchased on your receipt or invoice. Please ensure that your invoice clearly shows which model(s) you purchased and ensure that you have selected the proper model in your rewards claim submission.
