My reward is on hold for incorrect customer information
This means that the reward is on hold as the customer information entered on the reward application does not match the customer information on the purchase invoice for the tires. The customer address on the purchase invoice needs to match the customer address entered on the rewards application.
Please provide an updated copy of the invoice online at rewardsca.coopertire.ca and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may add additional documentation via 'upload'. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
