What do I need to enter my claim?

An electronic image of the invoice will be needed to submit the reward application online. Your invoice needs to show the date the tires were purchased, the Cooper tire tread name and tire size, the location at which you purchased your tires and the name and address on the invoice must match the name and address you provide for your claim - this is the address that your reward payment will be sent to. You will also need to provide your email address (to receive claim updates).
