'Oops! Something went wrong' message being displayed?
If you are in the process of submitting your rebate and reach a page that simply states 'oops! something went wrong', there may have been an issue with the information provided by auto-fill.
The rebate submission forms do not recognize auto-filled information, and if the auto-fill information is used, it will appear blank - thus, resulting in the 'oops!' page.
This issue can typically be resolved by manually typing the information into each field.
