How do I check a claim I have already entered?

If you have already submitted a claim and have received an email from us, or you simply wish to check on it’s progress, then please click on the grey ‘Check Existing Claim’ button where you will be asked to enter in the email address you provided when you set up your claim along with your claim reference number which was emailed to you when you successfully submitted your claim.
