My claim is on hold for missing information. How can I update the invoice I have provided?
You can update your claim by visiting the website directly and clicking on 'Check Claim Status'. You will be asked to provide the email address used during claim entry, and your claim reference number that was emailed to you and is provided in your hold alert email. Once you have logged into your claim, you can provide additional copies of your invoice. You can provide as many images as you need to provide us with the information we require.
