My rebate is on hold for dealer name on invoice does not match dealer name on claim

This means that the rebate is on hold as the dealer submitted on the rebate application does not match the dealer on the purchase invoice. We will be able to continue processing and validating the rebate application once an updated copy of the purchase invoice has been received.

 

Please ensure you provide a copy of the purchase invoice that clearly shows the dealer. You can do this by visiting www.electroluxpromotions.com. and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each appliance. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.

 

If the wrong dealer was chosen when the rebate was submitted online please contact Electrolux Consumer Rebate at ehprebates@360insights.com. We will be able to correct the dealer for you and will reply to your email with a status update once completed.
