My rebate is on hold for dealer not participating in program
This means that the rebate is on hold as the dealer submitted on the rebate application is not participating in the rebate program. Please confirm first that the correct dealer option was submitted when the rebate was submitted. To confirm the details submitted please review the application online. You can do this by visiting www.electroluxpromotions.com and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each appliance. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
For further details on the eligibility of the dealer where the appliances where purchased please consult with the sales associate at the dealership. Your dealer will be able to further assist and confirm if your purchase is eligible for the rebate. Please note that only eligible dealers may participate in the rebate program.
