My rebate is on hold for duplicate serial number
This means that your rebate is temporarily on hold because the serial number provided on the rebate application has not validated. Please ensure you have confirmed that the model number and serial number have been entered correctly by checking your rebate details online, www.electroluxpromotions.com.
If you have confirmed the model and serial number is correct for all appliances and the rebate remains on hold, please:
- Take a picture of the serial number tag on each appliance.
- Please email these photos to our Electrolux Consumer Rebates at email@example.com.
We will contact you with an update on your rebate application once the details have been received.
