My rebate is on hold for max sell price exceeded
This means that the rebate is on hold as the sell price entered for the appliances has not been validated. For us to continue processing the rebate application we will need confirmation of the price paid per appliance, this information needs to appear directly on the purchase invoice for the appliances.
Please ensure you provide a copy of the purchase invoice that clearly shows the price for the appliance(s). You can do this by visiting www.electroluxpromotions.com. and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each appliance. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
If the wrong price was entered when the rebate was submitted online please contact Electrolux Consumer Rebate at email@example.com. We will be able to correct the dealer for you and will reply to your email with a status update once completed.
