My rebate is on hold for sell price not shown on invoice
This means that the rebate is on hold as we require the price paid for the appliances be on the purchase invoice. So we can continue to validate the rebate for fulfillment please provide a copy of the purchase invoice that has the sales price for the appliance(s). If the copy of the invoice you have does not have this detail please contact your dealer for assistance in getting an updated invoice which meets the requirements of the rebate program.
Please ensure you provide a copy of the purchase invoice that shows the sale price online. You can do this by visiting www.electroluxpromotions.com. and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each appliance. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.

Your invoice must include:
- Purchase Date
- Invoice Number
- Name and Mailing Address
- Purchase Price
- Model number(s)
- Serial number(s) provided on application not required on the purchase invoice.
