On Hold: Missing documentation

This means that your rebate is on hold as we are missing required documentation. For a detailed list of required documents for your rebate program please consult the rebate application as it outlines the terms and conditions.

 

General rebate applications [excluding GE Fits Rebates] require a purchase invoice outlining purchase details. Here is a helpful list of all the details we will be looking to validate in order to fulfill the rebate.

 

Your invoice must include:

  • Purchase Date
  • Purchase Price and Quantity
  • Name and Address
  • Model number(s)
  • Dealership
  • Serial number(s) provided on application not required on the purchase invoice
