I will not have my serial numbers by the rebate expiration date?

Serial numbers are required to be provided by the rebates expiration date, to confirm the expiration date for your rebate please reference the rebate application form as outlined in the terms and conditions.

If your appliances will not be delivered before the rebate expiration date and you cannot provide the serial numbers, please contact our Cafe Rebate Center at CafeAppliancePromotions@360incentives.com. We can potentially assist you by providing a serial number extension to give you more time to submit your serial numbers.
