My rebate is paid, but I did not receive it.

If your rebate is marked as Paid when you check the status online, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. If you pass this time and have not received the rebate pleaes contact our cardholder services at 1-877-357-4975. They will be able to advise on the delivery status and reissue the rebate if it has been misplaced in the mail.
