On Hold: Dealer information
An on hold status indicates that we require further information and/or clarification from you on the rebate application to continue processing the rebate. Please do not re-submit a new rebate. You can simply update the rebate application online and provide the missing and/or clarifying information. Please be aware that our team needs to be able to see the dealer name and address on your invoice in order to process the claim.
To update your rebate, you can simply follow the following steps:
- Please head to the Cafe Promotions website, CafeAppliancePromotions.com
- Choose the "Check Existing Claim" option
- Enter the emails address submitted with the rebate applications and the rebate reference code provided to your email
