On Hold: dealer validation required
This means that we require a copy of the purchase invoice which clearly shows the dealer information.This on hold status indicates that we require further information and/or clarification from you on the rebate application to continue processing the rebate. Please do not re-submit a new rebate. You can simply update the rebate application online and provide the missing and/or clarifying information.
To update your rebate, you can simply follow the following steps:
1) Please head to the Cafe Promotions website, CafeAppliancePromotions.com
2) Choose the "Check Existing Claim" option
3) Enter the emails address submitted with the rebate applications and the rebate reference code provided to your email
