My rebate is paid, but I did not receive it.

If your rebate is marked as 'Paid' when you check the status online, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. If you pass this time and have not received the rebate, please contact our cardholder services at 1-877-357-4975. Cardholder services can advise on the delivery status and reissue the rebate if it has been misplaced in the mail.
