I haven't received my prepaid MasterCard

If you claimed through the post, then please allow up to 6 weeks from when your claim was processed to receive your prepaid MasterCard. If you claimed online, then when your claim is approved and paid, you will receive an email asking you to select whether you would like to receive a physical or digital card. This email should be received within 2 business days of your claim being Paid. If you have not received an email from us asking you to select your choice of card, then please contact our customer services team at glendimplexreward@360incentives.com or by phone on 0800 014 8941 and we will have the link resent to you.
