My rebate is on hold for invalid form of invoice
This means that the rebate is on hold as the documentation submitted does not meet the requirements of the rebate program. Once receive a copy of the purchase invoice which meets all requirements we will be able to continue validating the rebate for fulfilment.
To provide a purchase invoice please visit www.goodyearcommercialrebates.com and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may add additional documentation via 'upload'. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
Here is a helpful list of all the details we will be looking to validate in order to fulfill the rebate.
Your invoice must include:
• Model number
• Manufacturer Part Number
• Sales Date
• Invoice Number
• Customer Name (not mandatory to be same as on invoice as long as address matches)
• Email Address
• Mailing Address
• Dealer Name
• Quantity Purchased
