A box or a button appears but I cannot click anything or move forward?

If you are experiencing issues on the rebate submission site where you cannot click a specific box or button, and cannot proceed because of this, we recommend submitting your rebate with a different browser. For instance, if you are currently using Internet Explorer or Safari, please try submitting your claim using Google Chrome.
