I haven't received my prepaid MasterCard.

When your claim is approved and paid, you will receive an email asking you to select whether you would like to receive a physical or digital card. This email should be received within 4 business days of your claim being Paid. If you have not received an email from us asking you to select your choice of card, then please contact our customer services team at karcherrewards@360incentives.com or by phone on 0800 098 8292 and we will have the link resent to you.
