My rebate is on hold for only coversheet - missing invoice, what does this mean?
If your rebate is on hold for "Only Coversheet - Missing Invoice", we do not have the required purchase invoice attached to your rebate application.
To remedy this, you will need to update the application online with a copy of the purchase invoice, at www.kitchenaidpromos.ca and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once you have accessed your claim, you can add the additional documentation by using the 'upload' option. Make sure you select "Update Claim" once you're done!
Here is a helpful list of all the details we will be looking to validate in order to fulfill the rebate.
Your invoice must include:
- Purchase Date
- Purchase Price
- Name and Address
- Model number(s)
Serial number(s) provided on the application not required on the purchase invoice. Please ensure you review the terms and conditions of the rebate program you have applied to for further details.
