Your Claim Requires Attention and Will Not Be Reviewed Until The Necessary Changes Have Been Applied

If you are seeing this message on the top of the webpage, your claim has likely been placed on hold as we require additional information in order to process your claim. However, if you have purchased attachments that do not have serial numbers, this message will appear, as well. If you have purchased attachments and did not provide serial numbers (due to them being lacking on your product) please disregard this message - we will verify the purchase and continue processing your claim, but please continue to monitor the claim online.

 

If you did not purchase attachments:

The reason your claim has been placed on hold can be found in your email, which has been sent to the email address you have listed on the rebate submission form. This email will outline why the claim has been placed on hold, and what we require from you in order to continue processing your claim.
