On Hold: Dealer Information Not On Supporting Document
This means that the rebate is on hold as the dealer is not on the purchase invoice. We require a copy of the purchase invoice which clearly shows the dealership where the unit(s) were purchased. Once an updated invoice has been provided we will be able to continue to process and validate the rebate for fulfillment.
Please ensure you provide a copy of the purchase invoice that clearly shows the dealer. You can do this by visiting www.lennoxconsumerrebates.com. and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may update the serial number for each unit. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
If the wrong dealer was chosen when the rebate was submitted online please contact Lennox Consumer Rebate at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to correct the dealer for you and will reply to your email with a status update once completed.
