This means that your rebate is on hold as the serial number entered does not validate to the model number submitted on the rebate application. We recommend checking the serial number tag on the unit(s) to ensure that both the model number and serial number have been submitted correctly.
To update your serial numbers on your existing rebate, please go to www.lennoxconsumerrebates.com, using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be able to update your serial numbers once your claim has been located using the claim number and email associated. Please update your serials and click "Update Claim" once completed.
