This means that your rebate is temporarily on hold because the serial number provided on the rebate application has not validated to the selected dealer. Please ensure you have confirmed that the model number, serial number, and dealer have been entered correctly by checking your rebate details online, www.lennoxconsumerrebates.com.


If you have confirmed the model, serial number, and dealer is correct for all units and the rebate remains on hold, please:


  1. Take a picture of the serial number tag on each unit.
  2. Please email these photos to our Lennox Consumer Rebate Team at lennoxrebates@360incentives.com.
