Decline: Did not meet program requirements before program expiration

If your claim has been declined for this reason, we had likely placed your claim on hold as we were missing crucial information to fulfill your rebate. Unfortunately, we have reached the promotional program cut-off date, and we can no longer accept the information we had once required to continue processing your rebate. Your rebate will remain in declined status indefinitely.
