How do I provide additional documentation on my existing rebate claim?

In order to supply additional documentation, please visit www.nationwiderebatecenter.com and use the "Check existing Claim" function available. You will be asked to supply your claim reference number and the valid email address on your claim. Once your claim has been located, you may add additional documentation via Upload.
Ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
