Where do I send my mail-in my rebate?

We recommend submitting your rebate online at www.nationwiderebatecenter.com This will ensure a timely processing within 6 - 8 weeks for all eligible completed submissions.

Mail-in applications can be sent to:

Please be aware that mailing your rebate will delay the processing timeframe. Once your application has been received you will get confirmation via email within four weeks of mailing the application.  If you do not supply an email address we advise you call the Nationwide Rebate Center to inquire about your rebate at 1-888-324-4030.
