I haven't selected my grocery card choice

When your claim is approved and paid, you will receive an email asking you to select which grocery card you would like to receive. This email will be sent to your email address you entered when you submitted your claim and comes from a 'No Reply' email address so may fall into your SPAM folder. It should be received within 5 business days. If you have checked your SPAM folders and have not received an email from us asking you to select your card, then please contact our customer services team at neffgrocerycard@360incentives.com or by phone on 0800 088 5536 and we will have the link resent to you.
