Why do you need my serial number?
To process your claim, we require your full FD and ZNR numbers. These are two separate numbers which combined make up your full serial number. Should you need to order additional or replacement parts for your appliance during its lifetime, then you will need the serial number in order to obtain these. We require your serial number to ensure that the appliance has been unboxed and installed in your house and will not be returned for a refund.
