Decline: Duplicate claim

If your claim has been declined for being a duplicate claim, this means that you have submitted one or more claims with matching information and documents. If multiple claims have been submitted this way, we will decline the extra claims and continue to process the original claim. If you are unsure if you had submitted your claim more than once, we recommend checking your records for your confirmation of rewards application submission emails.
