Why is my rebate on hold?
An on hold status indicates that we require further information and/or clarification from you on the rebate application to continue processing the rebate. Please do not re-submit a new rebate. You can simply update the rebate application online and provide the missing and/or clarifying information. To update your rebate, you can simply follow the following steps: 1) Please head to the Premier Customer Rewards website, www.premierrebates.ca 2) Choose the "Check your claim status" option 3) Enter the emails address submitted with the rebate applications and the Rebate Reference Code provided to your email.
