I won't have my appliance delivered before end of the promotion so cannot provide the serial number
If you will not be having your appliance delivered until after the promotion ends, then please put your expected delivery date in the serial number box. This will alert us to the fact that you will be unable to complete your claim in time, and we will work with the retailer to obtain the serial number on your behalf. Please note that this can take some time for us to obtain the serial number, so if your appliance is delivered within the promotional period, you should update your claim online as soon as possible so that we can issue your payment to you quicker.
