My claim is on hold for Item/Model number not on invoice.

Many dealers will use a SKU number or a number which is unique to their store for their receipts. You can fix this by attaching an image of the UPC code from the box of your item, or the model number from the sticker located on the door of your appliance to assist with validating this number.
