My rebate is on hold for model number on invoice not eligible, what does this mean?
This means that your rebate is temporarily on hold as the model number on your invoice is not an eligible product in this rebate promotion. Once we receive a valid copy of your invoice which meets all requirements, including an eligible model purchased, your claim will be sent back to our team for processing.
To provide a purchase invoice please visit www.whirlpoolcanadarebates.ca and use the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. Once your claim has been located, you may add additional documentation via 'upload'. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.

Your invoice must include:
Name and Address
Serial number(s) provided on application not required on the purchase invoice. Please ensure you review the terms and conditions of the rebate program you have applied to for further details.
