My rebate is on hold for serial number under review, what does this mean?
This means that your rebate is on hold as we are currently validating the serial number you had provided. Please ensure you have confirmed that the model number and serial number have been entered correctly by checking your rebate details online at www.whirlpoolcanadarebates.ca and selecting the 'Check Existing Claim' option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application to review these details.
