The model number is on the invoice, why is my claim on hold?
This means that your rebate is temporarily on hold as we have been unsuccessful in locating the model number on the purchase invoice. If the model number is on the purchase invoice which has been submitted, we recommend confirming that the correct model number was submitted with the rebate application.
Please check the details online to ensure that the model number on your purchase invoice matches the model number submitted for the rebate application. These details can be found on www.whirlpoolcanadarebates.ca by clicking on the "Check Existing Claim" option. We also recommend confirming the model directly on the serial number tag located directly on the bottom of the appliance.
