My model number is on the invoice, why is it on hold?
This means that your rebate application is temporarily on hold as the model number is not on the purchase invoice. If the model number is on the purchase invoice that has been submitted, please confirm that the correct model number was submitted. To do this please visit www.yokohamatirerebates.com and use the "Check Existing Claim" option.
