My rebate is on hold for sale date on invoice outside of promotions date range
This means that the rebate is on hold as the sales date on the invoice is not eligible for the rebate. To be eligible for the rebate the tires must have been purchased between the start and end date for the rebate. To confirm the eligible dates for the rebate please consult the rebate application form. Please note that the sales date is the date the sale was initiated, and the first date to appear on the invoice is taken to be the sales date. The date the tires were paid for is not used for the rebate application process. If the date on the invoice is not eligible for the rebate the application will not be fulfilled.
To confirm the sales date submitted with the rebate application please check the status and details online. You can do this by visiting www.yokohamatirerebates.com and using the "Check Existing Claim" option. You will be asked to supply your claim number and the email address on the application. If a new invoice needs to be provided, you may add additional documentation via 'upload'. Please ensure you select "Update Claim" once completed.
