What do I need to enter my claim?

An electronic image of the invoice will be needed to submit the rebate application online. Your invoice needs to show the tire purchase date, the Yokohama tire tread name and tire size, the location at which you purchased your tires, and the name and address on the invoice must match the name and address you provide for your rebate claim - this is the address that your rebate payment will be sent to. You will also need your vehicle information (make, year, and model), and your email address (to receive claim updates).
