I haven't received my gift card

If you submitted your claim online and opted to receive a gift card then your virtual code will have been emailed to you within 5 days of your claim being paid. If you have not received your code within 5 days of your claim being paid, then please contact our team on 0800 014 8961 who will be able to assist. If you completed a postal claim form and opted to receive a gift card, please allow up to 28 days to receive your gift card through the post. If after 28 days you have not received your gift card, then please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
